Case Study: Instituto de Educación Secundaria 'Miguel Catalán'

Case One

Something nasty happens in a classroom and teachers impose a collective punishment as the author is unkown.
The students of the group known perfectly who has done the prank and are very angry at him because he is not a good fellow and usually behaves badly with his classmates. On the other hand they don't like to be tale-tellers and inform the teachers about him...

Case Two

Two accidents happened at school last month: one student runnig downstairs hit a teacher who fell down and seriously injured her leg. In the other one, a girl went into the toilets and sliped over the wet floor (some other student spilt water over the floor and didn't clean it).

At the School there are no rules forbidding runnig or spilling water on the floor. The students should disccuss if it is necessary more rules to prevent such cases.

Case Three

Someone has been dealing drugs outside the School near the main door. The case has been heard by the neighborhood and the School image is beginnig to get ruined.
Some students think it is not their businness.
